These are true cases I have handled with client permission to print the case study. For confidentiality reasons, client names and locations of the infractions are not released with the following case information.

Client Case Study #1

Client crashed his car into another vehicle from the side and rear while crossing a double yellow line. Client was issued three tickets all at the same time and in New York would have gone into suspension. I represented the client and the client kept his license and the fines paid were minimal.

A Client was arrested and charged with DUI. Client kept her license and avoided spending weeks in prison.

Client caused an accident with his vehicle and was charged with assault and DWI. The assault happened before and just after the accident. I represented the client and managed to keep him out of jail so that he could continue to support his family.
