How To Plead Not Guilty To A Traffic Ticket
If you are unfortunate as to receive a traffic ticket, you have three choices:
You do not have to appear in court on the date at the bottom of the ticket unless, for some reason you want to plead guilty or not guilty in person. Some traffic tickets are misdemeanors and require that you appear on the date indicated. If charged with a misdemeanor, you should and in some cases you must, hire an attorney as it is too serious to handle on your own. In such a case, I will be glad to help you. Please contact my office for a free consultation. For any legal questions you may have or if you feel your rights have been violated contact me immediately.

For an experienced, aggressive yet compassionate lawyer to handle your defense, contact me to schedule a free initial consultation. My office hours are flexible and I am available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are in jail or in the hospital and cannot come to my office, I will travel to meet with you. I accept Visa and MasterCard and payment plans are available.
